Dock on Your Lot
Each lot in the Island Mooring Club has a double boat well. An engineered steel seawall extends around the perimeter of the development. Lots can be landscaped up to the edge of the seawall. Commerical marinas and winter storage facilities for your boat are located nearby.

Recreational Boating
Explore miles of waterways from your doorstep. Island Mooring Club is located just off the St. Clair River in the entrance to Chenal Ecarte, which runs east to the mouth of the Sydenham River and then south to Mitchell's Bay and Lake St.Clair.

Residents Association
The Island Mooring Residents Association (IMRA) is a non-profit corporation responsible for owning and maintaining common area property, including Riverside Drive and the community "Guard House". All lot owners are IMRA members, with an elected Board of Directors. Island Mooring Club is a secure, controlled development.
