March 14, 2003 Adobe Acrobat files have now been added to the cottage plans for Lot Parts 10, 11 and 12. These PDF files can be used to print copies of the elevations and plans. They can also be enlarged to view smaller features and dimensions.

March 7, 2003 New cottages are under construction on lot parts 10, 11 and 12. Building elevations, floor plans and site plans are provided for your review. Prices have been added to the 2003 Price List.

May 7, 2001 The 2001 LOT PRICES are now in effect.

February 5, 2001 The LINKS page has been updated, as several of the web addresses for linked sites have changed. If you have a link to an interesting boating site, or other links relevant to the Island Mooring Club development, please contact ARVA DESIGN with your suggestions.

December 4, 2000 Lot Part 2, located on the north side of the development, has been sold. The lots on the north side all feature a double boat well within the boundaries of each lot.

August 18, 2000 The Lot 165 property (former model home) has now been sold.

August 2, 2000 Lot 170 has been sold. The Price List and Lot Plan have been updated. There are now only three building lots remaining on the Chenal Ecarte.

June 16, 2000 The Lot 165 cottage is now being offered for sale by the current owner. Contact  Coneybeare Real Estate for details.

March 27, 2000 The Island Mooring Club web site has been updated to include several new pages. BOATING - Photos of boats and boating activities at IMC COTTAGES - Additional page, Lot 165 former model home photos & plans NEW !! - The location for IMC news and web site updates LINKS - More links have been added, with a revised format Many of the small photos on the web site are now linked to larger versions on separate web pages. This approach helps reduce web page loading times. All of the photos in the heading index have been linked, plus the boating photos in BOATING. Contact information has been added for Coneybeare Real Estate, the local realtor for the Island Mooring Club development. An e-mail address is included for Austin Beard, Broker and President of Coneybeare Real Estate.
